Meet the Parham Team in Trenton, TN

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric began in 1990, when Randy Parham earned his HVAC and refrigeration diploma and started the business out of a garage behind his house. Today, Parham is still family owned and operated, and more than 50 employees help homes and businesses across Gibson County and Northwest Tennessee stay comfortable and safe.

We like to say we’re a people business that just happens to do heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical work. That’s why we want you to know who you’ll be talking to on the phone, who will schedule your visit and who will show up at your door. Below, you’ll meet some of the managers, comfort advisors, technicians, plumbers, electricians and office staff who make Parham what it is.

Grier Scarborough

Comfort Advisor

Grier Scarborough joined Parham in April 2019 and brings eight years of experience to his role as Comfort Advisor. His expertise includes HVAC installation and sizing systems for homes, supported by a background in welding, refrigerant handling, and installation. He enjoys visiting different places and getting to know new people. A recipient of Parham's 2021 Core Values Award, Grier spends time away from work duck hunting and enjoying family life with his wife, December, and son, Allen. He has also lived in Alaska.

Brittany Crouse

Comfort Advisor

Brittany Crouse joined Parham as a Comfort Advisor in May 2026, bringing a background in sales, marketing, and management. She enjoys helping people and was drawn to the company's support for nonprofits and community fundraising. Brittany serves as Secretary for the Women's WRAP Assistance program and on the board of Madison Haywood Developmental Center. Outside work, she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her daughter, Kenlee, and son, Wyatt. A fun fact: Brittany is one of eight children.

Bianca Perez

Customer Service Representative

Bianca Perez joined Parham in February 2025 and brings two years of experience to her role as Customer Service Representative. A people person with a background in food service and management, she enjoys connecting with customers and working alongside her team. Organization and attention to detail are among her strengths. Outside work, Bianca enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her husband, Juan, and dogs, Ash and Benito. Her sister, Shannon, also works at Parham in dispatch.

Betsy Dawson

Dispatcher

Betsy Dawson joined Parham in October 2025 after a 21-year career in nursing. Now a Dispatcher, she focuses on scheduling and dispatching and enjoys the coworkers and work environment that made the career change appealing. Parham's community involvement and happy employees first caught her attention. Outside work, Betsy loves going to the lake and spending time with her husband, Charles, and daughter, Anna Claire, whose soccer games are part of family life.

Emily Burkhead

Call Center Manager

Emily Burkhead has been part of Parham since 2021 and brings a background in emergency dispatch, customer relations, and employee training to her role as Call Center Manager. She enjoys helping her team grow and solving problems for customers. A recipient of Parham's Rockstar and Most Valuable Player awards, Emily spends her downtime reading, playing video games, and enjoying family time with her husband, Briar, and their children, Aurora and Elden. She also collects Pokémon cards with her daughter.

Rebecca Campbell

Install Coordinator

Rebecca Campbell joined Parham in August 2023 and brings three years of experience to her role as Install Coordinator. She enjoys scheduling installations and Comfort Advisor appointments, staying organized, and handling paperwork. With a background in retail and finance, Rebecca was drawn to Parham as a family-owned business. Outside work, she enjoys watching her sons, Brantley and Beckett, play baseball and spending time with her fiancé, Bailey. A former competitive cheerleader, she also has a national championship to her name.

Kayla Crowder

Warehouse Purchaser

Kayla Crowder joined Parham in September 2023 and moved from dispatch into her role as Warehouse Purchaser in 2026. She enjoys finding ways to save money and learning about parts. Her background includes warehouse supervision and accounts receivable, and she received Parham's 2024 Rising Star Award. Outside work, Kayla enjoys baking, cooking, and family time with her husband, Hunter, and their six children. A fun fact: she was the field commander for her high school marching band during her senior year.

Shannon Butler

Dispatcher

Shannon Butler joined Parham in June 2025 and brings one and a half years of experience to her role as Dispatcher. Her strengths include dispatching, scheduling, and customer service, supported by a background in restaurant management and employee training. Her sister, Bianca, encouraged her to join Parham, where she values the family environment and respect among coworkers. Outside work, Shannon enjoys painting, drawing, and family time. She also loves spicy food and puts hot sauce on just about everything.

AJ Bell

HVAC and Sales Manager

AJ Bell joined Parham in March 2016 and brings ten and a half years of experience to his role as HVAC and Sales Manager. With strengths in sales and customer service, he enjoys helping technicians grow and taking care of customers. A military veteran with ten years of service, AJ also trains and coaches employees and has public speaking experience. Outside work, he enjoys working out and spending time with his wife, Robyn, and sons, Wolf and Emmanuel, who is a Parham plumber.

Kody Crews

Install Manager

Kody Crews joined Parham in April 2019 and brings seven and a half years of experience to his role as Install Manager. His background includes HVAC installation and HVAC electrical installation, and he holds a Universal EPA certification. Kody enjoys seeing the transformation between an installation's before and after pictures and coaching employees. He also serves on the advisory board for McKenzie TCAT. Away from work, Kody enjoys golf, karaoke, and time with his wife, Ashley, and their dogs, Atreyu and Amara.

Christian Nieto

HVAC Technician

Christian Nieto first joined Parham in December 2020 and returned in March 2026 after time away. As an HVAC Technician, he enjoys the variety of doing something different each day and credits Parham with teaching him the trade. His company recognition includes revenue and membership sales awards in 2022 and 2023. Outside work, Christian enjoys building cars, construction projects, and making people laugh. He spends family time with his wife, Cassandra, sons, Zayne and Rayan, and daughter, Elena.

Dylan Laman

HVAC Technician

Dylan is an EPA-certified HVAC Technician with five years of industry experience, including a background in commercial HVAC. He joined the Parham team in June 2026 and specializes in diagnosing HVAC issues. His favorite part of the job is helping customers by finding solutions to their problems. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys drag racing, building engines, and spending time with his girlfriend, Kayla, and his two children, Jason and Kinslee.

Jagger Williams

HVAC Technician

Jagger Williams joined Parham in February 2026 and brings one year of experience and an EPA certification to his role as HVAC Technician. He focuses on residential HVAC and enjoys helping fix customers' systems alongside his team. Jagger studied at Newbern TCAT and previously worked as a maintenance technician for the Obion County school system. Outside work, he enjoys playing worship guitar. He and his wife, Hannah, both serve as worship leaders at their church.

Joseph Phillips

Plumbing and Electric Service Manager

Joseph Phillips joined Parham in April 2020 and brings six and a half years of experience to his role as Plumbing and Electric Service Manager. With expertise in electrical work and generators, he holds certifications for air-cooled and liquid-cooled Kohler generators and Nexstar certification. Joseph enjoys making customers' bad days better and coaching technicians. Outside work, he likes reading, video games, traveling, and time with his wife, Autumn, and son, Dawson. His audiobook habit is distinctive: he listens at 2.5 times normal speed.

Kris Morgan

Plumbing Installer

Kris Morgan joined Parham in June 2025 and brings two years of experience to plumbing installation, with expertise in water line repiping and drain lines. A friend's encouragement led him to Parham, where the people and work environment are his favorite parts of the job. Outside work, Kris enjoys gaming and spending time with his girlfriend, Ameirah, and son, Grayson. He also has an athletic background, having broken multiple school records in track during high school.

Luis Colon

Plumber

Luis Colon joined Parham in February 2026 with 16 years of experience in plumbing. A fourth-generation plumber, he enjoys interacting with customers and seeing a variety of jobs throughout the day. His background includes plumbing service, sewer work, and main lines, and he holds NASSCO, forklift, and excavator certifications, plus a Class B license with a tanker endorsement. Outside work, Luis enjoys working on motorcycles, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their children, Gabriel, Ronin, and Violet.

Emmanuel McClary

Plumber

Emmanuel McClary joined Parham in May 2025 and brings two years of experience to his role as a Plumber, with a focus on tank and tankless water heaters. He was inspired to join after seeing his father, AJ Bell, build a career at Parham. Emmanuel enjoys opportunities to advance and the team's humble attitude. Outside work, he likes hunting, gaming, and spending time with friends. He also volunteers with Delta Waterfowl Foundation and has earned district and state recognition in welding competitions.

Shane Love

Plumber

Shane Love joined Parham in May 2026 and brings more than ten years of experience in plumbing, with expertise in water and drain lines. Inspired by watching his dad work in the trade, Shane later ran his own business and subcontracted for several companies. He enjoys helping both customers and teammates and was drawn to Parham's family atmosphere. Outside work, Shane enjoys playing guitar, especially blues music, and spending time with his fiancée, Tracy, and their blended family of six children.

Aiden Tharpe

Electrician

Aiden Tharpe joined Parham in September 2026 with two years of experience and a focus on electrical installation. His interest in the trades began in high school shop classes and grew through work in electrical and remodeling companies. Aiden enjoys meeting new people, learning, and gaining new experiences. He chose Parham for its reputation and the opportunity to learn more about residential electrical work. Outside work, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, and time with his girlfriend, Ella, and family.
