After a few years when B & B Body Shop owner Bill Jordan, Randy’s father-in-law, was retiring; Randy bought his building in downtown Dyer and began to operate the business out of that location for many years. In 2012, the business needed a little more room so a residential property in the heart of Gibson County, just outside of Trenton with a few acres was purchased, rezoned for commercial use, and this is where the business resides today.

Since its humble beginning in 1990, the business has had many changes through the years. One change has been its name. The name has changed twice since its inception. One change was from Parham Refrigeration to Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, LLC, then to Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, LLC when a plumbing line was added in 2016 after a merger with a sister company. Another change is the amount of employees.
When the business began it was Just Randy, but now, not only his wife and son work in the business, but over 50 employees work to make Parham what it is today. They believe that you sometimes have to do more than just “Fix” the problem. You also have to slow down and take the time to explain things to the customer, give them options, and let the customer decide what is best for them and their situation, not just tell them what they have to do to get a problem fixed. If the culture at Parham had to be summed up in one sentence, it would be that Parham is a “People” business that just happens to be doing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, LLC to this day, is a family owned and operated business that still believes there is a better way of doing things. We are truly grateful to serve the Gibson County and surrounding areas.
